We collect what the form asks for, use it to plan your hunt, and delete it when you ask. That is the whole policy; the details follow.
When you send the inquiry form we receive what you type into it: your name, email, phone number if you add it, preferred dates, number of hunters, experience level, preferred hunt and region, and your message. That is all. The site has no accounts, no cookies of its own, and no analytics or advertising scripts.
To answer your inquiry, plan a hunt with you, and confirm a date. We do not use it for anything else and we do not send marketing.
The guides at Wing N Fin Outfitters. The form is delivered through Netlify, the service that hosts this site, which stores submissions on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone else.
For as long as we need it to handle your inquiry and any hunt that follows, plus a reasonable period for our own records. Ask and we will delete it.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@wingnfinhunts.com or call a guide. If you would rather not use the form at all, call us instead.
